Youth Athletics

Our goal is to build formidable youth who move well and have a healthy mindset to be the best version of themselves at every stage in life.

Our youth program encompasses general fitness, sports performance, obstacle course racing, life skills, and nutrition.

Each program is built succinctly with age ranges no wider than three years to ensure proper development at each stage of life.

The 4 Pillars of Our Kids’ Program:

  • Functional Fitness
  • Primal Movement Training
  • Physical Literacy Enhancement
  • The Experimentation and Creative Problem Solving of Play

Kids (Ages 7-11)

Exposure to movement skills continues, with abilities and intent beginning to mesh with frequency. More sophisticated movement challenges are introduced to foster creative solutions in movement practice segments and movement play contexts.


Schedule

  • Tuesday and Thursday 5:15-6:00pm
  • Saturday 9:15-10:00am

Teens (Ages 12-15)

Expression and intent come together to create competence and foster mastery. Training leverages the natural increasing speed of physical height and weight along with psychosocial maturation to help Brand X coaches build formidable humans with the capacity to solve an expansive array of movement challenges.

Schedule

  • Tuesday and Thursday 6:15-7:00pm
  • Saturday 10:15-11:00am

Memberships:

We offer 1, 2 and 3 day per week class passes.
