YOUTH ATHLETICS PROGRAM
The Bar Athletics, in partnership with The Brand X Method, is now offering a youth athletics program. Whether your kids are new to fitness, preparing for a sports season, or just plain full of energy, they will surely love this active, educational, and motivating program. Each class will consist of developmentally appropriate movement-based workouts that are structured in the format of prepare, practice, PLAY!

Primal Movement Training

Ages: Kids – ages 7-11 Teens – ages 12-15.
Class Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:15-5:00 pm (Kids ages 7-11) and 5:15-6:00 pm (Teens ages 12-15) Saturdays 9:15 -10:00 am (Kids Ages – 7-11) and 10:15 – 11:15 am (Teens 12-15)
Memberships: Pick 1 day/week – $45/month Pick 2 days/week – $75/month All 3 days/week – $105/month
Maximum: 12 kids per class
Kids (Ages 7-11)
Exposure to movement skills continues, with abilities and intent beginning to mesh with frequency. More sophisticated movement challenges are introduced to foster creative solutions in movement practice segments and movement play contexts.
Teens (Ages 12-15)
Expression and intent come together to create competence and foster mastery. Training leverages the natural increasing speed of physical height and weight along with psychosocial maturation to help Brand X coaches build formidable humans with the capacity to solve an expansive array of movement challenges.
