Want a little extra attention and time with your coach? We’re here for you. Each week you will have a check-in and goal review session with your coach. Your coach will be prepared with topics to discuss that may be relevant to the prior or upcoming week. This time can be used to ask questions, give feedback, and gain insight that will help prepare you for creating a healthier and more mindful lifestyle.
