Our gym isn’t one of those giant facilities where you wander aimlessly without a clue what to do. We are passionate about helping people.
We regularly hear people say “I could never do that” or “I’m not in shape and can’t go to the gym.” We’ve dedicated ourselves to helping people START fitness programs. So if you feel like you’re not fit enough to go to the gym, we really need to talk.
Some things seem really hard when you’re on your own, and an expert can make a world of difference. That’s where we come in.
Our gym is all about coaching. Our staff members tell you exactly how to do everything, and they’re with you for the full session, whether you’re training in a group or one-on-one.
All of our classes are led by highly trained and experienced coaches. Classes are approximately 60 minutes in duration and follow a planned progression with the following basic structure:
A certified Strength and Conditioning coach will guide you through a warm-up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Your coach will supervise and correct any movements performed during the workout.
PWR HOUR is a 60 minute, structured, functional training workout that is lead by a certified and trained coach. Each class is progression-based and structured with a focus on safety, learning, and development. They are a great place to start and advance your fitness journey. Each class challenges, both the body and mind, all while increasing growth, and decreasing the risk of injury.
Our Signature FHIX (Functional High Intensity Mix) is perfect for all fitness levels!
Each 45 minute class includes skill development and combines functional movements, high intensity intervals, strength training, varied exercises and a total body focus sequenced to deliver a workout that’s a step above the rest.
