Get Ready to Have Fun

Our Signature FHIX (Functional High Intensity Mix) is perfect for all fitness levels!

Each class includes skill development and combines functional movements, high intensity intervals, strength training, varied exercises and a total body focus sequenced to deliver a workout that’s a step above the rest. Master foundational movement patterns, refine your technique and learn new skills, including complex movements. Take this for a dynamic full body workout while learning the art of Kettlebells. Expect: variations of swings, thrusters, cleans, deadlifts, the snatch, and unique kettlebell complexes.

Don’t worry if the movements are new to you! Our trainers are credentialed and caring. They will teach you to move safely and challenge you to get the most out of your workout. They provide personalized attention and movement modifications to ensure you’re doing what’s right for your body without risk of injury.
