I am a trail runner, movement enthusiast, health advocate & coach! Being heavily influenced by movement, starting with dance at just 3 years old, it became a big part of who I am. Just like many of you, i’m sure, the journey has had its ups & downs, but the obstacles put in my path were the stepping stones to who I am, today! I’ve worked hard over the years to find a healthy balance and movement regimen I truly enjoy & look forward too. This has helped to transform me mentally, physically & emotionally. My passion for Dance led into the world of weightlifting, which didn’t last long before I became intrigued by many other movement disciplines! From body weight training, obstacle course racing, yoga, endurance sports & trail running. I began racing 5K’s, which led into half marathon’s & gave me the confidence to go for Full-Marathons.
In 2017, my Dad passed away, unexpectedly, from a massive heart attack. I started to become even more intentional about my health and rebuilding my relationship with food. Health is our greatest wealth & one of the most powerful lessons, I learned, from losing my Dad. I dove deep into recreating my mindset around what ‘Healthy’ was because I realized that it’s not just the food we eat that affects our health, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives.
I am passionate about spreading my love for fitness & overall movement, all while building a healthy foundation from head to toe. I encourage my clients to move & train for life in whatever way makes them feel good. Wether it’s body weight strength, functional movement, preparing for your next obstacle course race or endurance sport. Id love to help you transform into your best performing self!!
